In relocating to a prominent location, Judd Dougan Team Architects (formerly Judd Fenwick Team Architecture) required a modern building that sat comfortably on the edge of Napier’s Art Deco heritage district.
The resulting design is a 21st Century building which strongly expresses the quadrant shape of the site, incorporating modern material solutions to keep out passing vehicle noise with subtle Art Deco design features blended in.
The interior design is based on an open plan layout with flexibility to respond to future advancements in technology.
