This house was designed to maximize views from the first floor living area across to the coast, to provide first floor external spaces, to present a strong visual presence on the long entrance side of a relatively narrow corner site, and to create an interesting internal route up to the main living and sleeping spaces. The project was successful and the practice is currently working on a two townhouse project for the same clients in conjunction with two additional parties.
The project was completed on time and within budget.
