We work closely with a modular building manufacturer and their consultant team to deliver prefabricated modular classroom solutions and specialist facilities for the Ministry of Education with their Hawkes Bay schools. Modular classrooms are used as permanent teaching spaces, offering high-quality learning, resource and office environments. Our role includes design integration, planning and statutory consent management and coordination with the consultants and contractors to ensure each solution meets the functional, regulatory and specific needs of the school. To date we have completed a series of school dual classroom blocks and three complete school re-builds.
